Pilatus PC-12 / Dash 8 AMT / Dash 8-Q400 Mechanic

Job Description:

This position is primarily responsible for performing routine and non-routine maintenance on Bombardier/De Havilland Dash 8 AMT / Dash 8-Q400 and/or Pilatus PC-12 aircraft. Under minimal supervision, the selected mechanic will perform inspections, scheduled maintenance, and repairs of moderate to advanced complexity on the aircraft systems, sub-systems and structures. Strong background in avionics and electrical systems is a plus. Personnel who do not meet ALL of the below referenced requirements need not apply

• Applicants MUST be a US Citizen AND possess and ACTIVE or Interim Secret Security Clearance. 
• Applicants MUST possess a Minimum of Three (3) years experience as a licensed FAA A&P mechanic
• Applicants should possess an Inspection Authorization (IA) certificate, or be readily eligible to test within 90 days of start 
• MUST have 3 years experience on the PC-12 or Dash 8 AMT / Dash 8-Q400 aircraft
• Gulfstream experience a plus  
• Must be able to obtain a US passport

Job Requirements:

• Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Pilatus PC-12 and/or Bombardier/De Havilland Dash 8 AMT / Dash 8-Q400 aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturers’ recommendations, and company policies, plans and procedures
• Possess the technical aptitude to make decisions regarding maintenance, sequence techniques, troubleshooting and discrepancy resolution
• Analytical skills required to perform complex electrical and mechanical aircraft troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manual procedures, blueprints, technical manuals, and schematic/wiring diagrams 
• Ability to accomplish/complete aircraft Service Bulletins, Repair Letters, and Airworthiness Directives
• Document work accomplished in a clear, concise, and accurate manner
• Utilize industry trade hand tools, precision measuring instruments, gauges, and calibration test equipment
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English form
• Strong working knowledge of CAMP and Computerized Maintenance Program documentation    
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays as Overtime is authorized/necessary 

Salary Range: 103k-112k
